When bodies of previously black Africans turns up dead and depleted of pigment, the Center of Disease Control enlists Scully's help in trying to identify a potential contagious disease. But Mulder suspected things might not be that simple. While Scully discovered that the victims' pituitory gland had been drained, Mulder suspected it might have to do with someone who came from a legendary lost tribe from Western Africa whose sole survival depends on stealing the hormones out of other people's pituitory gland, and killing them in the process......
