Bing Kuen is an ancient serie 'bout war between nations. The main character (sorry, don't know his name, but if you've watched Food of Love, he's the uncle of Wong Hei) was from one nation and Maggie was from another nation called Suyet Dang. Actually, she was the princess of Suyet Dang. She soon fell in love with the main guy and they had a relationship going. However, at the same time, Leon started to have feelings for her too. btw, leon is suppose to have the best martial art here. Since he realized that Maggie only has feelings for the main character (his best friend) he hid his feelings. Soon, the main character, along with his siu mui and "hing tai" joined the army and later coincided with a high rank general and overthrew the current king. Then they crowned the general to be king. However, the main character's "hing tai" got tempted in power and fame; therefore, he killed the general and framed it on somebody else. His evil schemes succeeded and he was crowned king. Since he wanted power, he wanted to destroy Suyet Dang also. He realized that the main character has feelings for Maggie so he tricked the MC to go over to Suyet Dang and ask for a mutual relationship (no war between the two nations). Everyone was so happy when they heard that there won't be war, so the MC happily agreed to go to Suyet Dang. When he was at Suyet Dang, he met Maggie and they had a really great time. However, before they (MC and Maggie's dad) had a chance to sign the agreement, the king sent troops over to Suyet Dang and war between the two nations began. As a consequence, the MC end up killing Maggie's dad and b/c of this, she left him and never forgave him. At the same time, Leon followed Maggie and saved her from an evil guy who took over her dad's position (he wanted to be wedded to Maggie also). Maggie and Leon end up hiding on the mountains for some years. Anyways, to make my confusing story short, the MC married his siu mui and had a child together. He also became king at the end of the serie. As for Maggie, after realizing the MC was married and was living a happy life, she left. Before she left, Leon chased after her and told her that when she truly forget the MC, he will go search for her and live with her.
