Another one of Wong Hei's comedies, this one focuses on the witness protection unit branch of the Hong Kong police. Wong Hei is an undercover cop (and a very humorous one) who is trying to find the top man behind all of the illegal activities. While he is an undercover cop, he runs into Marco and his team of WPU members. Marco comes from a rich family. He joins the police force to fulfill his childhood dream. Wong Hei and Marco get off to a very bad start and become rivals.

Fu Ming Hin witnesses a murder and comes under the protection of the WPU. Wong Hei saves her a few times.

Wong Hei is successful in capturing the top man but he suspects that Cheung Kwok Keung is the real mastermind behind all of the illegal activities. Because the operation was successful, he returns to being a cop. However, his supervisor thinks he looks more like a crook than a cop so he undergoes training to become a member of the WPU. The training session ends up being really funny because Marco and Wong Hei are always competing and arguing.

After training, Wong Hei gets transferred to Marco's team. The first person they must protect is Cheung Kwok Keung and his family. In reality though, Cheung Kwok Keung is under no real danger.

Wong Hei soon dates Fu Ming Hin, who is a low class actress. However, she soon falls under the favor of Cheung Kwok Keung and he starts a movie for her where she's the main actress. This causes problems between Wong Hei and Fu Ming Hin. Marco, on the other hand, is in love with Tong Bo Yu (Cheung Kwok Keung's younger sister) but Tong Bo Yu likes Wong Hei. Also, a member of the WPU, Chung Wai Yee, likes Marco so the relationships are kind of screwed up.

In the end though, Wong Hei is with Fu Ming Hin and Marco ends up with Chung Wai Yee. As always, the villian dies.
