This is a Sci-Fi series. The entire series focuses on solving the one mystery that is behind all of the puzzling occurrences . In this series, Leon plays a brain surgeon who attempts to find the truth behind the death of one of his patients. After performing an autopsy, he discovers that the patient's brain cells had all been removed. However, from a medical point of view, this is impossible to do.

Michelle plays a famous model in this series. Leon meets her at some charity show sponsored by the hospital where he works and is captivated by her beauty upon seeing her. Later on, he discovers that she killed her own father and is also behind the deaths of some other people. However, all of her actions are out of her control. Her brain cells have also been partially removed and she is controlled by other people. She soon falls in love with Leon. It is only when she is with Leon that "she truly feels like she is herself."

Catherine plays the role of a musical director who is both sweet and patient. She is also very interested in things such as tarot cards and reading tea leaves. Leon falls in love with her because of her caring nature. However, her ex-boyfriend, Hugo Ng who is also the villain in the series, removes her brain cells and replaces it with a murderer's brain cells. Consequently, her brain cells are inserted into Michelle's brain. Catherine attempts to kill Leon on the day of their wedding. In the hospital, she tries to murder him again but is killed by Faye, who was hoping to save Leon. Leon is devastated by her death.

Athena is a nurse in the series. In the beginning, she is Leon and Catherine's good friend. She is very naïve and was hoping to find her Prince Charming. She realizes later on that Leon is her Prince Charming. However, Leon falls in love with Michelle. Although Athena is sad that Leon doesn't love her, she risks her life to save him and dies at the end.

Faye Wong is the bodyguard and girlfriend of the Prince (Marco Ngai). She comes to Hong Kong after news that the Prince is missing. She and Leon have some misunderstandings at first, but later on, they work together to help find the Prince, who is also Leon's friend. Faye falls for Leon but later she leaves with the Prince to return to their homeland.

The ending to this series was pretty depressing. Leon fails to save Michelle because he was unable to get this special potion that would prevent her from dying. Therefore, she disappears.
