General Overview: I think this is Barbara's only modern day series. It's quite humorous.

This series starts out with Tony being introduced as having two fathers. Even up until the end of the series, the audience never finds out who Tony's real father is. In the beginning, Tony lives with his two fathers in an apartment. He teaches at a night school. He meets Barbara by chance when she is chasing a prostitute and knocks him down. He wrongly assumes that she is a prostitute when in fact, she is a cop.

He later finds out who she really is when his two fathers have a fight and end up at the police station, each wanting to sue the other. When the officers find out that both men are Tony's fathers, his fathers reveal about their past in a sort of flashback.

Chan Mun Yee is lawyer who just graduated. Ray's grandfather (Kwan Hoi Shan) supported her throughout law school. She lives with her mom. Kwan Hoi Shan owns a jewelry store and Ray, his grandson, works there as a manager.

As the series progresses, Tony's two fathers fall in love with Au-Yeung Pui Shan and its quite comical watching them fight over her. Tony dates Barbara but his two dads don't like her because she's a cop. Chan Mun Yee and Tony become friends and later on, she likes him. However, he's already dating Barbara, so Chan Mun Yee goes out with Ray. Tony and Barbara's relationship is kind of rocky from the start, so they end up breaking up.

Well, it turns out that one of Tony's dads is the son of Kwan Hoi Shan. Therefore, Tony and that dad move in with Kwan Hoi Shan and Tony works for his grandfather at the jewelry company. Ray and Tony were previously good friends but now this "family" matter was putting them on bad terms. The reason is that Tony is supposedly the grandson on the son's side and Ray is only the grandson on the daughter's side. Also, Ray's mom and one of his uncles are influencing him in the wrong way. Tony and Ray get into arguments at the company.

Kwan Hoi Shan senses these problems and transfers Tony to another department. In addition, Tony goes to one of his grandfather's old employees and gets trained on looking at jewels (ie. The old man teaches Tony how to tell the price of the jewel by looking at it).

Tony later realizes that he still likes Barbara, so he takes the initiative and asks her out again. Barbara still likes him too, but she doesn't want others to think that she wants to be with him because he is rich now. Therefore, she rejects him at first. However, later they get back together. Ray and Chan Mun Yee get married.

Ray gets involved in illegal dealings at the company because he tries to protect his mom who is involved. Tony and his grandfather try to help Ray and later things are cleared up.

Something I don't quite remember very clearly is that Barbara was chasing a crook and shot Tony by accident. This causes Tony's grandmother to get very upset at her. At the end of the series however, Tony and Barbara are very happy together.
