They generally have the lowest prices on the Net and will do price matching. However, shipping costs and their method of packaging shipments do leave something to be desired. When it comes to customer service, they are very reponsive and quite commendable at accepting returns of defective DVDs. Recently there have been complaints about the defective quality of the ultra cheap DEI DVDs they have for sale.
