Synopsis: During a hot rod race, a woman and her friends crash through a bridge railing into a lake; only one woman, Mary,surfaces much later than humanly possible. Her life goes through some odd changes, when she discovers she has lost her soul. Intime, she is drawn to a carnival inhabited with like-spirited, soulless people.
