Synopsis: Y2K a time when universal peace and goodwill to mankind warms even the coldest heart. Not so for FBI agent Frank Parr. His wife left him, and his partner of 20 years has taken an early retirement and his father has recently died. Things seem to get worse when his boss teams him up with rookie agent to investigate a series of violent armed robberies committed by paramilitary militiamen.
