Synopsis: The military's newest weapon, a technically advanced "smart bomb" has just been stolen, Captain John Reed has both the brains and the brawn to get it back. The weapon's beautiful designer Lt.Catherine Kelly knows how to track it down. battling well armed terrorrists and double crossing CIA agaents, the two must retrieve the weapons and bring the robbers to justice or risk being bystanders as a missile aimed at Washington D.C streaks toward its target.
