Kenny traveled to Germany to take over the role of Atreyu, the Warrior. Kenny was nominated for a Young Artist Award for his portrayal of Arteyu. The film did garner a Special Award from the Bavarian Film Awards to the German production crew. It also won the Golden Screen Award in Germany. Below are release dates for some countries.
