The Dragunov uses the basic Kalashnikov mechanism, but was built primarily
as a sniper rifle. The rifle itself is often described as being easy and
pleasant to fire, and is also known for stunning accuracy, particularly
from an autoloading rifle. |
| Realism: |
Poor - The Dragunov fires the 7.62x54mm round and not the standard
Warsaw Pact 7.62x39mm round. This is because the 7.62x54 round is more
powerful and accurate. The weapon is also about 3 pounds too heavy. |
