You are determined to find out if the visions were real or just your mind wandering. After preparing yourself for the visions, you defiantly lift the black box from the table again, and...

As you begin to set the box back on the table, you notice a small piece of parchment. It reads:

After setting the box back on the table, you walk toward the center of the library. Out of the corner of your eye, you see a small, green scale lying on the floor near where you had been standing while you held the box, but you ignore it.
