                              1.I worked in the Finance department of this
                                company and start my career from the very
                                beginning. Since it is a relevantly small
                                Finance department, I did all work from
                                making vouchers to generating reports. I
                                mainly helps to report to USA parent
                                company, and another peer works mainly on
                                Chinese accounting.
                              2.I made full use of good learning
                                environment in this high-tech company, I
                                mastered more than necessary computer
                                skills, gained a wider view by searching
                                internet.
                              3.As the only one who speaks good English in
                                my department, I served not only as
                                accountant, but the assistant of head of
                                my department. I did a lot translation
                                work for some big projects of my company,
                                such as applying for a foreign loan,
                                co-operate with China Southern Airlines.
                              4.I know the concept of learning from work
                                very well. I am used to thinking about how
                                I can work more efficiently.
