Double L Bird Ranch History

The Double L Bird ranch was started in 1986 when a friend suggested they mate a pair of birds. They kept mating and selling the birds. One day their buyer stopped buying the birds and the birth of the bird ranch became reality.

Down through the years the bird ranch has grown from those 30 birds to over 200 technicolor birds. From a small cage, to a cage that went from floor to ceiling, to a 12x12 walkin free flight aviary. Some of the occupants at the bird ranch were given to the Carangi's to either nuture back to health or for a good home. Some of the birds include Cockitiels, Monk Parakeets, Parakeets, Parrots, Macaw, and a Nanday Conure.
