No CD Patches.
Anyone who plays games knows that fumbling around for discs is frustrating.
To use "no cd patches" you need to extract the "Exe" file from the zip file to your games directory and overwrite the original game executable file.
BEFORE doing this it is worth backing up your original executable "Just in case".
( They do not always work and you need the right one for your version of the game ! )
