Mission Results: Lift-ticket and Wild Bill in a Tomahawk drop myself and my team off at the bay and we get in the Snow Cat's to start the trip in to Antarctica. About 2 days in we lose communications also. Breaker figures out that it is because of a low-grade E-M pulse that Cobra has sent out and reconfigures our equipment so we can communicate with headquarters. We eventually get to the science station and discover
that Cobra has taken it over. I send Snowjob and Blizzard to scout out around the station to find out just what we are up against. They come back and report that we are outnumbered, and that Cobra has 6 of their own scientists working on the weather anomalies, with 2 dozen Snow Serpents guarding the station. I decide to do it quietly and as Cobra sends out their 2 man perimeter patrol take out the Snow Serpents. I send Breaker and Iceberg in dressed as the Snow Serpents we captured. Breaker fixes Cobra's Communication equipment so that they can't call for help and then Iceberg blows up the two Hiss tanks that Cobra has stationed their. That's my "Q" to send the team in. We hit them with everything we've got and since we took out the Hiss's, the Snow Cats make it easy work for us to take over the facility. While we are attacking Iceberg also freed the Recon Team, to help out in the firefight. He also frees the Scientists. The Snow Serpents and Cobra scientists are captured and put into a make shift jail. Lifeline attends to the wounded recon team members and scientists. Breaker calls headquarters, once he has restored communications. I question the lead scientist as to exactly why Cobra would attack a weather station, and he tells me that the weather experiments they were doing also have military applications, due to the experimental technology they are developing can change weather patterns. In short the technology could make a desert into a rain forest and vice versa. I congratulate my team on a job well done, then we head home for a little R and R.

- Snow-Job: arctic expertise
- Roadblock: cook, heavy artillery backup
- Outback: survivalist
- Spirit: tracking ability
- Doc: medic (to treat the scientists and/or recon team)
- Breaker: communications
- Frostbite: vehicle transportation, arctic expertise
- Toll-Booth: vehicle transportation, battlefield engineer (in case the terrain gets bad)
Mission Results: After meeting at the drop off point, Snow-Job quickly assigns tasks to the rest of the team. The group divides into three Snow Cats and one BridgeLayer--each with a snowmobile in tow--and begins on the trip.
Two days into the trip, the Joes are sidelined by adverse weather. Toll-Booth and Frostbite are able to create a temporary base using tarps and the sides of the vehicles as walls; Doc and Roadblock reassign rations to compensate for the setback. The weather subsides the next day, and, after Spirit regains the trail, the team sets out once again.
By the third day of the trip, Breaker loses contact with command headquarters. The Joes also stumble upon the remains of the recon team's camp. Outback and Spirit quickly examine the vehicle tracks crisscrossing the camp and deduce that they were made by HISS tanks! The tracks lead in two directions: one towards the research facility, the other to the southwest. The Joes split into two teams: Snow-Job, Toll-Booth, Breaker, and Outback heads towards the facility, while Frostbite, Spirit, Roadblock, and Doc follow the other set of tracks.
The first team of Joes come upon the science facility, and are greeted with smiles and open arms from the scientists. The researchers apologize for the Joe's efforts--their communications equipment had gone down and they were unable to get the correct parts to fix it. Breaker promises to take a look at the problem while the other Joes tour the facility
Meanwhile, the second group of Joes find the end of the HISS tracks...a secret Cobra encampment! Tanks guard a makeshift airfield housing one cargo plane, while living quarters, warehouse and research facilities, and a prison are also clearly visible. The Joes quickly come up with a plan...Frostbite and Roadblock begin a frontal attack on the facility with the Snow Cats while Spirit and Doc sneak around the fire fight in two snowmobiles. With the Cobra troops preoccupied with the artillery fire, Spirit and Doc quickly free the captured recon team, who join in on the fight. In less than an hour, the entire Cobra facility is captured!
Back at the science facility, Breaker gets a bit suspicious...with all the equipment around, it seems odd that the scientists wouldn't be able to repair their radio. Also, no one had yet answered him as to why there were tank treads leading to the facility. Going by his instincts, he slips past his scientist "escorts" and ducks into one of the adjoining labs. In the middle of the room, he finds why everyone is acting so odd---one of Dr. Mindbender's mind control machines! Breaker also finds notes on the table detailing the properties of an odd mineral found near the science facility--one that could be used to jam any frequency...radio, television, even radar! Grabbing the notes, Breaker dashes out of the room, only to be discovered by Dr. Mindbender himself! A fire fight ensues, bringing in Ice-Vipers, Snow Serpents, and even brainwashed scientists and Joes...Mindbender had got to Breaker's teammates before he could warn them! Dr. Mindbender cackles as he sees a row of HISS tanks coming over the hill outside the facility...soon this lone Joe would be hopelessly outnumbered!
Just then, the facility shudders with the sound of artillery fire. The HISS tanks are being commandeered by the recon team! The other Joe squad makes its way to the facility while the recon team keeps the Cobras busy. Breaker uses the distraction to tackle Dr. Mindbender and wrestle away his equipment. With both the Joes and the scientists free, the Cobra troops are quickly vanquished (although Dr.Mindbender escapes out the back...rotten Cobra!)

- Stalker: As a qualified Tundra Ranger,he's the best qualified to head up the mission.
- Snow Job: As the senior Arctic Warfare expert in the Joe Team, he's the natural to be Stalker's XO for the operation.
- Snake-Eyes: You can't ever be too careful. Snake-Eyes can act as third-in-command and act as an 'Ace-in-the-hole" for the team if the unexpected occurs.
- Outback: Being a Survivalist, he can guide the Joes on their trek to to the trouble site.
- Blizzard: His skills at Arctic survival may come in handy.
- Lifeline: In the event the missing scientists and soldiers are found to be injured, the Joes will definitely need a Medic.
- Dial-Tone: His talents in communications can insure constant contact with G.I. Joe HQ.
- Jinx: Given the chances that Ninjas or other mystic warriors may be involved, Jinx can run interference against them. Plus, she can recon the danger zone and confirm where the missing men are.
- Rock 'N Roll: His Gatling Machine Guns can provide welcome heavy firepower.
- Wet-Suit: A Navy SEAL specialist can be of help in coping with any unexpected bad guys.
- Sub-Zero: Since the mission's primarily an Arctic operation, his expertise in cold warfare ops can come in handy.
- Ambush: His skills at coming & going may prove useful. He can be a needed wildcard if things go awry.
Mission Results: The mission was a harrowingly dangerous one. It seems Cobra's behind the disappearances of the scientists and soldiers in order to keep secret a facility that taps a hidden energy well found in an Antarctic mine. The Joes likewise had to deal with Snow-Serpents & Eels, as well as Cobra BATs and Slice & Dice. Stalker & Snake-Eyes come up with the plan that stops Cobra, and while the scientists are badly maltreated, they all pull through. As for the Army unit, two are KIA during the last battle, and dies while trying to protect Jinx when she got captured after being discovered and ambushed by Snow Serpents, and Slice and is badly abused by Dice as she lay injured in the mines and forced to work as a slave. Other injured Joes are Sub-Zero , Dial-Tone, and Rock 'N Roll. Otherwise, the Joes make their escape and inflict a devastating defeat on the Cobra forces led by Destro & The Baroness.

- Snow Job: An experienced snow trooper.
- Iceberg: One as well.
- Duke: Has a strong head. Great leader.
- Spirit: The Joes' best tracker.
- Blowtorch: A flame-thrower who can get the Joe's out of icy situations.

Mission Members: The Joes are captured by Cobra on the third day as well. Cobra Commander orders their execution. The Joes are pulled out of their cells one by one and brought to the execution chamber. Cobra successfully executes all members of the original Recon Team, 3 Scientists, Snow Job, Lifeline, and Snow Storm. When they come back for Stalker, he manages to subdue the Vipers sent to get him. He then proceeds to free the surviving members of his unit. They proceed to kill every Cobra in the vicinity. The Joes bury their fallen comrades, as well as the original Recon Team and the three Scientists that were killed.

- Snow Job: good in cold climates
- Tracker: lives up to his name
- Tripwire: needed to make sure nothing is planted, such as explosives
- Blowtorch: he can destroy the enemy base when done
- Short-Fuze: helpful in destroying the enemy base
- Flint: mission commander
- Skydive: air support
- Blizzard: same qualifications as Snow Job
- Downtown: will be helpful on the ground
- Dee-Jay: helpful with communications
Mission Results: The men are dropped off at the drop-off point and start their trek. About 20 feet outside the facility, a slight humming occurs. The Joes drop down and find the dead bodies of about half of the research team and 1/3 of the recon team. The shooting starts, and Short-Fuze is shot up to the point of near death. They drag him inside, where they find all except two of the Recon team. They are then ambushed by Cobra Polar Assault Troops and the two remaining recon team members, who turned out to be Cobra agents. Short-Fuze is shot to death, and Tracker is electrocuted. Luckily, Dee-Jay and Blizzard escape undetected and radio back their whereabouts and hide out for several days. When the rescue team arrives, they storm the camp to find a skeleton crew on duty and the Joes all ripped apart by gunshot wounds. Luckily, Flint was taken away so they are not sure if he is dead. Mission complete and successful, but seven of the Joes were killed and one was MIA. As they flew away several dots lined the ground from high above.

Not sure who it belongs to, the team decides to check it out, only to find none other than Snow Serpents....alot of Snow Serpents! A firefight breaks out between the forces; Iceberg, fed up with the shootout, sees propane tanks for the Cobra outpost's lighting. He immediatly shoots the tanks... BOOOOOMMMM!!! After the explosion, the team sweeps in and finds the scientists and soldiers in a steel bunker. The Joes escort the them to the Snow Cat and head back to base.

Mission Results: The team got in and nearly froze their nuts off..if Snow-Job hadn't have been with them, they would have bit the dust. Iceberg too. They made camp that night but didnt make a fire for fear of being seen. The Joes set up their tent and huddled inside it. Iceberg brought a small conventinal heater and put it to use. Snow-Job went ice fishing and caught dinner for the group; Flint said it was the best seafood he ever had. The next day, Spirit found footprints which led to a moutainside. Soldiers dropped dead as the tank came under commotion. Snow-Job took a grenade from his inside coat pocket and tossed it onto a tank. "That son-of-a--!" Bludd shouted. "Get him!" Snow Job picked up a soldier's gun and mowed down a few more soldiers. Flint and the others came running down the cliff, guns blazing and soldiers dropping. Snow Job had Bludd in his sight. He squeezed the trigger and Bludd caught a bullet in the arm. "A little payback!" Snow Job shouted. Bludd dashed towards a Cobra Rattler and the engine roared to life. Iceberg sprayed the jet, but Bludd still escaped. The last few soldiers surrendered. Half an hour later, the team was inside a supply truck driving to the ocean with the scientists and the surrendered soldiers. The Joe sub came, and the team were on their way back to the base.

- General Flagg: he is mainly the leader of this expedition
- Breaker
Mission Results: They are dropped off in Antarctica and are met by an army of cold war Oktober Guardsmen, who mistake the Joes for enemy agents. The Oktober Guard take the squad captive. Later on that day, the Joe squad is taken to the Russian camp. They are told by the Russian leader ( it does not really matter who the leader is) that that they saw a couple of scientists and thought they were Cobras. The Russians therefore killed the scientists and took all their comunications. Suddenly, Snowjob makes a run for it on his skis, and half of the Oktober army is on his butt. This serves as a distraction, allowing Snake-Eyes to grab his knife. He throws it and kills the truck driver. After that, the whole Joe squad climbs into the truck, and they take. Everyone takes cover, and there is a big firefight. The Russian army of Oktobers are nearly finished when they see on the horizon a bunch T-34 tanks heading their way. Breaker sends a message for a pick up, and the Joes are rescued just in time.
