Azimuth Markings, AN/FPS-35 Radar
The upper portion of the pedestal of the giant AN/FPS-35 radar antenna is crowned by
a steel ring inscribed with numbers which indicate the direction or "azimuth" (in
degrees) in which the antenna is pointing.
