THE CRAVING
Horror star Paul Naschy directed himself as "el Hombre Lobo" ( a role he had played many times) in this retread of The Werewolf vs the Vampire Women from 10 years earlier. The werewolf fights vampires in the 16th century, in this good-looking movie with some gore and nudity. Silvia Aguilar is Countess Bathory. The film was not successful in Spain, and Naschy had to seek funding in Japan for future projects.
