INQUISITION
Naschy is a witch-hunting judge in 16th century France, during an outbreak of plague. He falls for a woman , is seduced and tricked, and ends up being burned as a warlock. Naschy also plays Satan. This was the first of many times that the horror star directed himself. He added lots of nudity, violence, and torture, and borrowed ideas from "Mark of the Devil 1970".
