An '87 Lowrider Sport.
When I was finally able to get it, I swore we would be together
"until death do us part" And that is how
he got his name. For me, riding is equal to
a spiritual thing. I do "live to ride and ride to live".

The night runs full strength, light rain falling, the smell of newly
fallen leaves lying damp and musty,
a chill in the air.. The sky holds patches of stars intermingled with
cloudy haze. The sound of the tires clicking steady on wet pavement,
the gentle throb of the engine beneath her.. And still she rides�

Time marching steadily onward, autumn taking no rest from it�s
accomplishments. Steady streams of flocked wings flying overhead,
honking, chiding, reminding that snowy days are not far behind them.
Racing to outrun the realization, needing to be free again..Faster
than the cold wind, still she rides..

Heartbeats drumming in unison, woman and machine as one, running for
the cover of summer. Making their plea for hours, even minutes,
seconds, or moments, any turn of the tire that will give them more�
As if making love, they request of each other, intensely,steadily,
more emotion, more soul, more rhythm. Lost in the raw power of each
other. For these.. she rides.. ..

This is one of the orneriest, grouchiest, meanest, most stubborn pigheaded obnoxious people I know. In "Biker Terms", he is my "Responsible Party" which means it is his job to keep me out of trouble and save me from myself, and it is also his job to keep my bike running like a wet dream. His name is Preacher Bob. He is ABSOLUTELY the best wrench I have ever met... He says he doesn't yell, he CARES with VOLUME!! *snickers*

I love all types of music, and I like to have it around me all of the time. One of my favorite things to do is to take a lot of songs that remind me of someone ( Like my kid) and make a 90 minute cassette tape for them. It is a great way to express my feelings. There always seems to be a song somewhere that sums it up and says it all. If you are ever looking for a song or what the name of one you know the lyrics to is, just ask, I probably have it around somewhere or know where to get it.

I also like to write poetry and take photographs, like this one, taken out of an airplane window.
