Jeff hails from Quebec..hangs out in Valentine's room 14 at Splash most of the time, but has been known to sneak through other rooms dropping water and jello balloons on unsuspecting victims. And for reasons he can explain, I call him FlasH! His cohorts in these escapades grace this page with him. He is always a lot of fun, and wonderful to chat with. Nica is one very special lady. She is Tigger's sister. That is why I dubbed her SisterKitty. She is also very very good at the anonymous balloon bombing that goes on in Splash. I always have loads of fun with this girl and I love her dearly.

Cupid is another Room 14 resident who sneaks around Splash anonymously. He is always up to some good fun, especially if it involves water or Jello balloon bombs. I think he is a wonderful guy and loads of fun...even when I am dripping jello while he laughs.
