| J.T. is an artist whose preferred method of expression is using the U.S. Mail for art projects in communication. For years he has done this. Isn't it funny that he is now in a place that gives him no only the 'time' to write but also provides him with paper, pencil, envelopers and free postage (BSCD Jail policy is free postage for a letter a day). | |
