Solution for capacity issues found

We intend to register a domain name that will be funded with proceeds from advertising dollars received when members surf the internet. These dollars will be received so long as readers quote our ID number (10223613) when they register at this site. We must fund the domain name, monthly ISP and system costs somehow and we believe that this is a better method of self funding instead of asking readers to pay. By going through the registration process, readers can make between $20US and $160US an hour just by viewing ads and our site also earns some money to defray our costs.

Southland Financial Inc (SINC-OTC BB) An update

  1. SINC's name was not included among the 13 who received Letters of Intent (LOI) from the Office of the Telecommunications Authority (OFTA) in Hong Kong as winners of a cable-based FTNS license.
  2. The licenses were granted to 13 out of the 18 companies whose business plans indicated that both their overland and submarine cables construction would commence in the next 18 months.
  3. Project Oxygen (the largest fiber optics network project in the world) does not land in Hong Kong until December 2001. SINC has the landing rights to Project Oxygen in Hong Kong.
  4. SINC will be allowed to resubmit their application by June 2000, when the date of landing is within 18 months.
  5. SINC and a San Diego group specializing in reporting status and NASDAQ entry is working together since the beginning of January to expedite the process.
  6. The rumor that Global Crossing is involved with Top Expressing Engineering Limited (TEEL) and SINC is still being spun around with Global Crossing doing a joint venture or investment of some kind with SINC and TEEL because Global Crossing wants a piece of Project Oxygen landing in Hong Kong.
  7. SINC is in the process of hiring a New York PR group ranked amongst the top ten US Public Relations firms.
  8. As previously announced, SINC and Starbridge signed a MOI in December 1999 in which SINC will acquire a 50% equity stake in them company to jointly develop Internet, Intranet and e-commerce in China and overseas.
  9. CCF Starbridge has a national ISP license and is planning to become a major portal providing and promoting business-to-business e-commerce services in China initially targeting Beijing and Shanghai.
  10. Project Oxygen

  11. Project Oxygen is currently presenting at PTC 2000 in Hawaii. Rumors has it that they may announce the full funding of Phase One (which includes Hong Kong) of Project Oxygen with landings starting in June 2001.
  12. World Economic Forum designates Neil Tagare (Chairman of Project Oxygen) as Global Leader For Tomorrow.
  13. Because of the demand for fiber optics construction in Asia, landings in Hong Kong will be most likely moved up from the original date of landing which could help SINC in reapplying for the EFTNS license much sooner and perhaps just a matter of time to obtain the license.
