Krokodin, Chiu, and Brokin came to help Hyunkel and Hym. Chiu has made of Hym the twelfth soldier of his army.
Rafaruto explains to Fly how he resurrected and that he found a letter from Baran. In this letter Baran asks Rafaruto to take care of Fly just as he did for Baran. That's why Rafaruto offers his services to Fly now. Fly is a bit surprised, but accepts and goes to the central tower with Leona. Rafaruto, Poppu and Fuam are now fighting against Myst who quickly recovered from Haken Disutoru.
Fly, Leona and Gome see the central tower ahead. They start to climb it when suddenly they hear Ban's voice. He invites Fly to come and fight with him at the top of the tower. He notices Leona and adds that the dragon knights have the reputation to make women sad. Fly decides to give his glaive back to Leona, because when he'll fight against Ban, he'll need an optimal concentration and won't be able to defend Leona, so he prefers she keeps the glaive. Fly continues upstairs while Leona thinks she'll have to support him till the last moment. But this little inatention is fatal to Leona who's taken away by tentacles. She shouts but she already disappeared inside the tower when Fly engages the pursuit.
Fly arrives inside and sees a giant monster that took Leona with it's tentacles. He wants to stop it when suddenly he hears the rolling of a drum. He sees a monster with as body a drum. He says he's Goroa, the drum, and that his mission is to controme the heart of the Ban palace with his drum that generates gravity. But because of Minakator the central went berserk and started to look for magic power. And because Leona was wearing the feathers of Aban, she was an ideal prey for the heart. Goroa is concentrating his force on the heart to calm it, that's why Leona hasn't been eaten yet. Fly tries to destroy the heart, but there seems to be an invisible barrier protecting it. When Fly wants to invoke Aban slash to destroy the barrier he's attracted towards the floor by a great force. Goroa concentrated his gravity on Fly instead of the tower. But this also means that nothing blocks the heart now!!
Leona is immediately enveloped by tentacles. Fly desperately tries to escape to the gravity.
Goroa grabs Fly's sword remembering a story of the malefic world in which an invincible warrior
was killed by his own sword. Fly is desperate, is this the limit of his capacities, won't he be
able to save the woman he loves? Fly suddenly sees the execution of his father in a vision. He
sees how his mother dies to save Baran. Then Baran asks him to continue to fight. Enraged Fly tries
to release the powers hidden in him. Goroa is projected on the wall by the shock. HIs gravity has
no effect on Fly anymore!
Fly destroys the barrier protecting the central with the rays from his two dragon signs. Goroa again tries to kill him with his sword, but Fly blocks it with his left hand. Fly then cuts of the tentacles that envelop Leona. Leona seems to be allright. Leona remarks Gome has shrinked in size. Seemingly, Gome protected her with its strange powers. But Goroa is still alive and put himself inside the heart to feed it with magic energy. Ban asks Goroa to stop, because each time Fly has the occasion to fight he gets stronger and stronger. But Goroa can't get out of the heart anymore. Tentacles dash into Fly's direction. But Fly takes a strange posture. It is the posture of DORU AURA, the strongest incantation of the dragon knights !!! The heart, Goroa and the top of the tower are blasted away. Flora and the others who stayed under the Ban palace notice the motors of the Ban palace stopped. Flora knows that there is nothing to control the palace anymore. As it has the capacity to float it will slowly go higher and higher in the atmosphere.
Fly and Leona fly to the top of the tower. Ban who survived the attack appears from under the rocks with his cane in his hand. The battle starts. Fly is hesitating, will his new powers be enough to beat Ban? Leona encourages Fly to fight without complexes. Fly manages to knock Ban on the ground. Fly attacks with his sword and this time it isn't broken by Ban's cane. Ban knows that Fly has acquired powers equivalent or even superior to that of Baran as a hybrid monster, because Doru aura can only be invoked when a dragon knight turned into his hybrid form. Ban attacks with Calamity Wall, putting all his strength into it. Fly at the sight of the attack automatically adopts following pose: he holds his sword vertically and lets dragonic aura act vertically. The waves of Ban's attack simply pass behind him and Fly is unaffected. Ban understands now that the second dragon sign Fly inherited from his father contains all the knowledge the dragon knights acquired during their battles and passed on from generation to generation.
Ban puts down his cane and asks Fly if he doesn't want to join Ban's armies. Fly answers no. Ban replies that Baran who knew the nature of man accepted directly to Ban's proposition. Fly looks much like a human, but he isn't. When the humans will have won the battle, they will forget that Fly helped them and persecute him. But Ban doesn't discriminate people as long as they are strong. Fly still refuses to join Ban. Ban says Fly is just a kid who tries to hang on to illusions. But Fly says it's not true. He knows that the humans are sometimes cruel. But he nevertheless loves them he loves all the living creatures on Earth who brough him up. If what Ban says is right, then Fly will kill Ban and leave the Earth!
Ban takes his cane again and resumes the battle with Fly, wanting to convince Fly to join him. Fly manages to beat Ban easily and hesitates because he finds it's strange that Ban is so weak this time. But Ban prepared a special assault. He invokes Kaiser Phoenix and charges with his cane at the same time!!
Meanwhile Aban and Kilvan are still fighting in the other space-time. Aban is winning the party, and remarks Kilvan can only win with his traps. Kilvan admits it is true and tells he in fact prepared another trap. While he was fighting with Aban he removed blades from his coif. He disposed them in the form of a cage around Aban, a cage of thirteen invisible blades: Phantom Razor!! Aban tries to attack Kilvan but at each movement he's hit by a blade. He desperately tries to invoke Megante on Kilvan, but is caught by Judge. Kilvan reprogrammed Judge to explode with his opponent. Kilvan wants to leave the room but Aban takes his boot. Kilvan cuts of Aban's hand and disappears. He is in the hall at the entrance of the Ban palace where Baran died. At first he wants to help Ban but then murmurs he's in debt to Ban but has no obligation to him.
Meanwhile Rafaruto, Poppu and Fuam are still fighting against Myst, but are getting exhausted, while Myst is undergoing attack after attack and is never hurt or tired. Our friends don't understand where his resistance comes from. Suddenly Poppu tries to attack Myst but Myst attacks with his metalic fingers. Fortunately Hym arrives and blocks the attack. Krokodin, Chiu, Hyunkel and Master Brokin are there too. Myst is still certain to be victorious because he knows nobody has the capacity to beat him. But Myst doesn't know the new force of Hym. Hyunkel asks Hym to fight against Myst!
Myst underestimates Hym and is literally crushed by the latter. Myst wants to ask Ban the permission to take off his coif, but Ban doesn't answer because he's too concentrated in the battle against Fly. Myst decides to use his ultimate technique, he concentrates all his dark combative spirit in one hand and destroys Hym's right hand. But Hym used in fact Counter Attack and punches Myst in his face. Myst is projected in the stairs leading to the central tower. He's lost consciousness. Hyunkel asks Hym to take off Myst's coif to resolve the mystery of his identity. But Krokodin asks Hym to wait. Before he left for the Ban palace, Ron Berku told him to not take off Myst's coif. Seemingly something is controlling Myst's power and it could be released if they take off his cape. Hyunkel says it's OK and asks Hym to finish Myst.
Fly managed to cut Ban in his shoulder by jumping into Kaiser Phoenix. Ban wants to take advantage of that moment because Fly lost power due to the incantation, but Fly is quicker and invokes Doru Aura. Ban protects himself with his cane, but Fly asks Leona a feather charged with Behoma to revitalize him. Fly invokes Doru Aura a second time and Ban is blasted away. Leona rejoices and congratulates Fly, but Fly feels there is still something terrible that will happen.
Hym decides to finish Myst but suddenly Myst is standing up. Everybody is astonished as he was just lying helplessly on the stairs a few seconds ago and now he's again ready to pursue the battle. Poppu asks Hym to quickly finish Myst. Hym charges but Myst lets Hym punch on his medal which breaks it. This takes off Myst's coif and now everybody can see Myst's face in astonishment!
