While Fly and his friends were still fighting against Freeze, Myst took Hadora to the fortress of Ban, and resurrected him, with his combative energy. He told Hadora that he had to fight for Ban for ever and that every time he would die, he would be resurrected to fight again and again.
Fly and his friends celebrate their victory in the ruins of the castle. Hyunkel and Krokodin leave the festivities and head for the fortress of Ban.
But while Papunika is celebrating the victory, the country of Karu is under assault of the army of super dragons headed by Baran. Saboera is there with him and is subjugated by Baran's power and the power of his army. He destroyed the kingdom of Karu in 5 days!!! The kingdom of Karu had the reputation to have the strongest soldiers in the whole world!!! In a conversation with Saboera, Baran learns about the sign that appears on Fly's forehead. Furious, Baran stands up and leaves Karu for the fortress of Ban.
At the fortress things are not going very well. The power of Ban's
armies has been reduced by one half and two generals have deserted two
join Fly. Then suddenly Hadora and Myst hear a strange music, coming
from a flute. A man appears accompanied by a little elf. It's Kilvan,
the god of death. Hadora feels very inconvenienced, he knows
that Kilvan's mission is to kill every one who commits errors in the
armies of Ban. Moreover, at that moment Baran appears asking to fight
Fly. Hadora refuses, but Baran knows now that Fly is a dragon knight
and wants to fight him. Kilvan intervenes and informs them of his
mission: HE HAS TO MOVE THE FORTRESS OF BAN!!!!!
In Papunika Fuam decides to leave the team to pursue a training in Romusu to become BUTOKA, that is specialist in martial arts. She knows that without her magic gun she will not be very helpful to Fly and his friends.
Hyunkel and Krokodin who arrived at the hiding place of the fortress of Ban, noticed that the latter disappeared!! Hyunkel decides to follow the foot-prints of the fortress. Krokodin returns to Papunika to inform Fly and Poppu.
Fly and Poppu realize that their equipment is very dilapidated. And decide to buy a new one. But Poppu visits Matorif before leaving. Matorif asked him to make a drawing of the sign of Fly before that. He consulted oe of his books and found out that Fly is a dragon knight. But he doesn't tell it to Poppu and gives him a new equipment. He just warns Poppu that Fly will have a difficult period to pass and that he should be there to help him. Poppu doesn't really understand but promises to take care of Fly.
Fly asks Leona to go to a shop for buying a new equipment. Leona is delighted by Fly's demand and proposes him to go to Bengana, where they have a supermarket. She takes the balloon of Papunika without permission and they fly away to Bengana. Fortunately Poppu follows them in the sky with the new incantation he mastered: TOBERURA.
They visit the shop in Bengana and discover that a dragon killer is for sale. But it will be sold by auction. Leona tries to acquire the weapon but fails. A clairvoyant NABARA and her granddaughter MERURU appear and she advises not to buy that weapon, because it is not necessary to have stronger weapons than you can use.
Suddenly the city is attacked by a horde of dragons. Fly and Poppu decide to counter them. Fly fights the hydra and Poppu takes the other dragons away from the city and tries to crush them with a new incantation Matorif learned him:BETAN. But he doesn't succeed to beat them all and two dragons manage to escape. Fly is in a worse posture because his sword is broken and the hydra is trying to suffocate him. The other two dragons arrive and try to trample upon Leona and the voyants. But then the dragon sign appears again and Fly can beat the two dragons. He grabs the dragon killer that was left by the merchand who bought it and defeats the hydra by combinn-ing the stab of the dragon killer with Raiden.
When Fly approaches the people he saved, they are all frightened by his monstreous power. Then Kilvan appears and tells Fly he's a dragon knight. Kilvan then disappears again and tells Fly the general of the superdragons will soon invite him to join him. The clairvoyants Nabara and Meruru know what's a dragon knight, because the legend of the dragon knights is originary from their country:Teran. Fly, Poppu and Leona decide to go to Teran to learn more about the dragon knights and the real identity of Fly!!
