The building housing this museum was built at the end of the XIX century. From 1905 to 1916 it was the Town Hall and Court House. On the floor a shop known as la Cooperativa was set up and operated until the mid 70's. It was empty for some time and in the 80's it was used as a tavern. It displays a variety of costumes and accessories characteristic of Calpe's fiestas. |
