This was inaugurated on the 16th of July 1997, the day of the
Virgen del Carmen, next to the fishermen's council building, in honour of seafarers. The design of the fa�ades, the aesthetic elements as well as the detailed mosaic with sailors, was the work of Elias Urbez and Esteban Juarez. |
