Este documento es importante porque aquí el Sr. Rafael Odriozola, certifica tácitamente que Don Pablo González Garza asistió al Primer Congreso Liberal de San Luis Potosí en 1901, probando su GENUINO ESPIRITU revolucionario con la mayor antigüedad.
