Cut a hole in the toilet paper roll.
Mold the tin foil
into the hole to make a bowl for the pipe.
Poke small holes into the bottom of the foil bowl.
When smoking, cover
the end of the roll with your hand,
then release to clear the tube for a blast of smoke.
