Your Triad position: BM,BF,AD (M or F),Sib etc.
ISO (which is short for "in search of")
Who you are looking for: BM,BF,AD (M or F),Sib etc.
DOB (traditionally adoptees birth date)
State Abbreviation (include city if you have room)
For instance:
BM ISO M/AD 12/4/72 Miami, FL
