1996 - 1998: At the present moment in time, I am just completing my third year of my B.Sc. Honours Information Management degree at Thames Valley University (Ealing Campus). I came onto the course as an advanced standing student after completing my HND in Business Information Technology.

Summer 97: Took part in a programme called "STEP into the Environment" which is held every summer. This programme was an experience that I will never forget as I have personally learnt a great deal and received a certificate for my achievement.
                           As part of this programme I had to complete a computer related project at a medium sized company called Eden Brown. This involved me having complete responsibility for the success or failure of the project. The main aim was to analyse the software and hardware user requirements of the present computer system.

October 1997 to present day: iDesk plc
Internet Support technician - My job role at the company is to mainly answer phone calls concerning problems surrounding people connecting onto the Internet. I am currently gaining experience in using many different application packages such as,

Browsers --------------------------Netscape (Navigator, Gold, Communicator professional edition), Internet Explorer 3 & 4, Opera.
Mail software Packages ------Telnet, Pegasus mail (Win 32), Eudora (Light & Pro), Outlook (Express, 97, 98-Beta).
Ftp management --------------- Cute FTP.
0ther software-------------------Microsoft windows 3.1 and windows 95+98+NT4, OS2, PhotoShop and network management tools such as What's up.

I have gained experience with creating and maintaining Dial up Networking connections.
I have also gained experience with various server systems types such as DNS, POP3 and SMTP.
 

IT Consultant - STEP programme for a period of 2 months (Extra 2 weeks IT support - i.e. mainly UNIX network support).
 

June 1996: City and Guilds + Pitman Qualifications

Three months temporary contract as a office admin clerk.

Hobbies & Interests

 I have a keen interest in sports ------------ I play for a Spanish football team called Athletic Espanol.

                                                        -------------I enjoy doing martial arts such as Tae-Kwon-do and Wu Shu Kwan.

My other interests are reading and painting.
