Heaven is not a fantasy or fairy tale.
The Bible says that heaven is a real place.
God lives there.
His only son Jesus lives there.
All who have died believing in Jesus have gone there.
Heaven is a BIG place.
The People
Only those who have their names witten in the
Book of Life
will be in heaven. (Revelation 20:15)
Jesus told his disciples
they should rejoice because their names
are written in the Book of Life.
Your name is written in this book when
you accept Jesus as your Saviour.
(John 1:12)
The Pleasure
Jesus promised to prepare a home
in heaven for all who believe
in Him. (John 14:1-3)
In heaven there will be
no sorrow, pain or death.
(Revelation 21:4) You will have
a body like Christ (1 John 3:2)
that knows no limitations.
(1 Corinthians 15:51-52)
The Promise
Jesus said if you believe in Him,
you have eternal life
and will pass from death
into life. (John 5:24)
Your body still faces death,
but if you know Jesus as your Saviour,
He promises
that you have eternal life.
(John 3:16)
Life in heaven is Jesus' gift,
and cannot be earned.
The Preparation
Jesus made it possible
for you to have eternal life
when he left Heaven
on your behalf,
suffered and died on the cross,
rose from the grave
and ascended into heaven.
Though he was sinless,
He suffered the penalty
for your sins.
By this sacrifice,
Jesus opened the gates
of heaven
for all who repent of their sins
and believe in Him
as the only way to heaven.
If you want your name written in the Book of Life, do what Jesus asks: Repent of your sins, invite Jesus into your heart, and trust Him for eternal life.
He that believeth on the Son hath everlasting life: and he that believeth not on the Son shall not see life; but the wrath of God abideth on him. (John 3:36)
