A Bridge To Cross

Beneath that shell of discontent lies harmony, peace, and joyfulness.
Yet to gain the access to that part, one must face the trials of the heart.

To linger out among that edge, teetering closely to the vast unknown, is
Not a place I wish to go alone. Yet, I know I must, with the greatest of fear, Trespass alone on that jagged edge, where dangers lie just up a head.

Be not still my pounding heart, talk to me whilst in the dark, help me find
The light ahead, whisper comforting words that helps to ease that dread.
Do not falter or skip a beat.
I will not allow myself to know of the easy way Out, for with difficult times
I may look back, and know the pains of the heart
And the mind. From this difficult job I have faced, I will find that wonderful place that i can call mine.

I’ll embrace those days with all of my strength, just knowing I survived my Weakest link. Through those dark and blackened times, rays of hope and love  Will surely shine.

Once the jagged edge does smooth and silvery rainbows of Joy comes through, I will look back upon that troubled sea, knowing I gave all,
The very best of me. Only then shall I see wings appear, joy and happiness will I Hold forever dear.

Oh the glory of making my way, spreading my love for the
World that day.  Content in heart and trouble free spirit, tempting all others
To follow that ridge, until they too have crossed over that bridge.
