What you are about to read is my own feelings stemming from viewing local stores in my home town, and the anger that erupts within me, about the sales tactics used in the sale of their Beanie Babies!! A DRUM ROLL PLEASE :-) :-) HOPE I DONT OFFEND ANYONE...THAT IS NOT WHAT I AM OUT TO DO.
WE CAN ALL WORK TOGETHER AS ONE ON THIS AND TRY TO MAKE A STAND FOR EQUALITY!

HI..I CREATED MY UNJUST SALE WEB PAGE TO TRY GET TY INC. TO HEAR OUR VOICES WITH THE POWER OF OUR WORDS. Now on to my letter that exercises my Freedom Of Speech :-)By me a nobody trying to make a stand!!









 I dedicate this page to the TY Beanie Baby craze.
I feel, and always havefelt that the sell of the Beanie Babies should be first come first serve, with a limit of one per person when needed.
Evidently some store owners who deal TY's have a whole new concept. I am sure you have all run into a store like or simaler to what I am going to talk about. I have found one that for sure has come up with a money making/unfair way of cut throat sales.

NOW ON TO THE STUFF I CALLED YOU HERE FOR...
For example: In order to purchas a Princess, Erin, Glory, and all of the other recent releases, by TY, to a certain store in my area, you must save cash register recipts that total up to $100.00, and present them at the time of purchase. Then you can pay your $6.00 (i think this is the right price) and be the owner of a new "HARD TO FIND" TY Beanie Baby.
  • To me this is a unfair/unjust way of doing business. It would be a lot easier for them to do a income check as you walk in the door. That way if you don't meet their prefered customer status you don't have to go through the imbarresment of being told you have to make $100.00's in purchases at their store before you can buy those. Or you can pick over these that our customers didn't want!
  • In my own oppinion: All those Beanie lovers out their need to boycott these types of stores. Their are plenty of dealers that do first come first serve, with a limit of one per customer. It's just a matter of being in the right place at the right time. If the bad dealers can't sale the product, they will either change sales tactics or stop selling them.
  • After reading this I know everyone will do what they want to do. That is fine, you are given that right in the constitution. Here is what I am going to do, and why. I am going to go to only lagit. TY dealers. I have always thought (and thought TY shared my feeling) that everyone no matter their income or community status, deserves the right to purchase a TY Beanie Baby at a low price just the same as the next person!!Thank you very much...A none Beanie collecter (because I dont like the treatment you all get) for the fact that it is UNFAIR AND PREFERINTIAL TREATMENT.
