My Only Love

I'm creating this page to let others know that you can find love on the internet...although I admit you must be careful but also don't be afraid to follow your heart! What follows is a true story of what happened to me when I met my only love! The day started out to be just another day, I was feeling down..recently ending a terrible marriage I signed onto America Online to relax and chat with a few friends...little did I know my life was about to change forever. I was crusing the lobbies like I usually did..back then (April of 1992) AOL wasn't nearly as large as it is today, was sitting here in this lobby following the conversations that were going on around me...minding my own business *S* and low and behold a little message popped up on my screen. For those who aren't familiar with AOL (but who couldn't be familiar with AOL??) You can create member profiles on there and in my profile I listed that I was from Somewhere, NC...you never want to give out to much information..anyways the message said that "I have been all over NC but I can't recall ever hearing of 'Somewhere, NC' exactly Where is that??"" I sent him back a message stating "LOL" can't a girl be a little mysterious?" But then of course I explained to him where I was from and we started to chat. We chatted almost daily and we finally got up the nerve to talk on the phone LOL do I ever remember the first conversation! We ended up arguing! Another thing about the ensuing phonecall I remember is he couldn't talk long because the little T@@d had be calling another he met online...little miss Mitten...but I'm not bitter nope, not me! *S* Oops! Had to take a break so this is a work in progress so please stay tuned!!
