In early 1996 David was a derilict young alcoholic who had tried to attack and kill his own mother in a fit of drunken violence! David's mother succeeded in coaxing David to Pensacola Florida to see relatives there.Being a spirit-filled christian and having heard that the power of God was evident in the services there, her plan was to get David inside that church.David ,of course didn't want to go to church in Pensacola with all the "fun"happening at the beach, but it was hot.David's mom asked if he would like to go for ice cream and David said "yes". Well, the ice cream booth was at Brownsville Assembly and David got out of the car on the other side of the parking lot.As his foot stepped onto the pavement of the church parking lot, the power of God and conviction fell on David's heart. He gave his life to Jesus that day and eventually recieved his formal training at Brownsville School of Ministry. | |||||||||||||||||||

David has a vision to see the world saved in this generation. Never before has the church had the resources and technology to reach the world in one generation!David and the IGNITION! band members believe that the church should stop running from sinners and and go retrieve them. Let's all win the world for Jesus! Oh, yeh,David also plays guitar in the band.Whenever we perform we worship. It begins like a concert but quickly turns into a worship service intensely seeking the Lord's presence. When the presence of God becomes strong ,members of the band will leave the stage and minister to the congregation individually.Many wonderful and miraculous things are likely to take place at this portion of the service.Sometimes David will give a sermon and altar call.In one year 200 people have responded to these altar calls. | |||||||||||||||||||
