Note: Death
for a second time has become the subject of my writing....That's not really
a bad thing though...This is a dark one with a sense of light somehow found
within. Well enjoy.

Feelings of Pain
A girl lies silently,
Her heart broken, her soul torn.
Tears fill her eyes,
As she is no longer.
Her life is shattered,
By that of another.
A pain bitter sweet,
And throbbing strong,
Takes her whole.
Emptiness engulfs her soul,
As a place once love filled with warmth,
Lies vacant and cold.
She is alone,
Gentle yet afraid.
The moon high above,
Glissens in the heavens.
Calling out to her again once more,
A lullaby sung low.
The ground is stained,
By that of her own.
Deep and dark,
The air is filled.
Her eyes slowly close,
As death is nigh.
A persuasion there not,
Fades into darkness,
That of complete and utter silence.
