PFC Luther Nystrom and PVT Robert Dodge
PFC Luther Nystrom was born and raised in Olympia, Washington. As a young teenager, he and his family were part of the many refugees that fled from the invading Soviet Army. He lost his mother and younger sister during the long weeks of travel to Oregon. He has a deep hatred of the Russians because of this. At 5'6", he often picks fights with other soldiers, the bigger the better. The fact the he loses more fights than he wins doesn't deter him in the least.
PVT Robert Dodge is a tall, lanky, friendly kid, from Silverton, Oregon. He claims to be 17, but the general consensus is closer to 15. No one is pressing the issue too hard, the Territorial Army is too desperate for men. He grew up on a small family farm, but left to volunteer for the Army, looking for "adventure". He has decided to be PFC Nystrom's best friend, and follows him around like a big goofy, puppy.
