George "Papa" Papadapolous

George Papadapolous was born in Athens, Greece, in 1955. At the age of 12, he and his family emigrated to the US, eventually making their way across the country, and settling in Hood River. The family at first worked in the many apple orchards in the area, but eventually they were able to save up enough money to start a family restaurant. This small resturant eventually became the Coho. His wife and three daughters all work in the Coho, while his two sons are both serving in the Oregon Territorial Army. He is very patriotic, and tries to make the lives of the soldiers at Camp Clark a little easier when they are at his establishment.
