You can edit this page as you would edit a normal page. The text you see
here is stored in frames.htm --the Frameset file that also defines
the frame outlines. (That means this text is stored in a different file than
the text you were reading before you hid the frames.)
If you use frames, you should provide a way for people to get around your
site without using frames. For example, you might want to cut and paste the
"Table of Contents" into the window you see when you hide frames. You may
also want to provide a link that lets people download a browser (such as
AOLpress) that supports frames.
