Ling-Ling's Home Page

Hi my name is Christina Mai-Ling and I live in southern California.  I am going into the 4th grade and really like going to school.  My teachers are really nice and I am learning allot there. Someday I want to go to college where my Dad and big sister go.

My daddy has put a home page together for our family and it looked like fun and I wanted a page of my own, so Daddy signed me up here and is showing me how to use FrontPage98 to build this site. 

My big sister has moved out of our house now, so I have my own computer, and Daddy has one to.  My computer is one I helped my dad build, it used to be his, but he has another one now, and gave me this one.  Mine is a Pentium 200 MMX and has 64 megabytes of memory.  Daddy just got me a new video card, it is a 3D card with 16 megabytes of memory and now it really runs fast, so I don't have to use daddy's computer anymore.  Our computers are hooked together so we can share each others files and stuff and go on the internet at the same time.  I learn allot from computers, by making web pages, playing computer games, and by doing my Reading and Math Blaster.  I also like going on the internet.  

I have  dog named Lady, she is a miniature daschound.  I also have a cat named Mooning, I found her as a kitten last summer under a bush and brought her home.  I was excited because I wanted a cat so badly, and my parents let me keep her because she had no home and the mother cat was nowhere to be found, so it's kind of like I rescued her.  Pets are a big responsibility for children, because they depend on us for their meals and affection.

They are so cute when they sleep close together at night to keep warm in our garage.
