As we get settled in; our page will change so be sure to stop back to see what is new. For clarification; this is not a picture of our backyard....but ooooh!! wouldn't that be nice. We live in rural Iowa, far removed from any scenery such as this. We will be bringing you a picture of our home away from home in the future. We enjoy camping and spend as much time in serene settings as time will allow. These types of outings help us keep a healthy perpective of life and keep us in tune with God's beautiful creations. Our son's family!

Let me introduce you to our son Shane, his wife Emily and our precious grand-daugher Lindsey. They live in an Iowa town close by so we are very blessed to have the opportunity to spend time with them. Lindsey comes to play at grandma and grandpa's quite often. She is a very busy girl, so we get very tired out, but would not trade the time spent with her for anything in the world.
