Californi is the place ye ought to be...

I have the chance to send you all an electronic postcard.  The weather
is here; wish you were fine.  Wait, take two: the weather is... foggy
in the morning burning off to sunshine in the afternoon.  It's
Spring here in San Jose with temperatures in the low 70's or upper
60's.  My hotel has a courtyard with orange trees with fruit for the
picking (if I ate the citric cellulous fibrous objects).  Everything
is green, green, green.  They tell me that when the warm weather hits
it turns brown, brown, brown.

My flight, a 757 was uneventful (I don't count turbulence).

Lest you think I may have been abducted by aliens...  well...

To continue my postcard, prematurely sent (I'm on someone else's machine
in San Jose):

Today we're going somewhere in Santa Cruz for some beach and arcade fun.
Tomorrow is meetings, meetings, meetings, then a big party bash (tuxedos
will be everywhere (a suit on me) for almost 2000 people to celebrate
our company successes.  Saturday is sight-seeing.  I'll restore order to
my life on Sunday, depending on when the plane can get off the ground,
if these past few days have anything to say about the morning fog situation.

Love to one and all and give my wife a call to comfort her in my absence.
You might think she'd welcome the break from incessant days with me, but
not true.  There are strange creatures on God's great earth.  I don't
welcome the break either but am too busy to stop and think about it.
In March, we're planning a honeymoon/business trip (remember, Mom?)
and I can't wait to bring her out here.
