House update

Joy and I are on eggshells today because we're afraid to hope too much
for the house we saw yesterday in Pepperell, MA.  We found a restored
Victoria home (built in 1860) that is absolutely gorgeous and can easily
be the next Metcalfe Party Central.  We're talking approximately 3500 sf
of living space.  To put that in perspective, our current home has
about 1100 sf (1600 if we cheat and add the finished basement).
It has 5 bedrooms.  Pressed tin ceilings in some of the formal rooms.
An attached barn that has been made into finished living space.
An acre of cultivated and landscaped land, with built-in pool,
garden pond (decorative and tiny), a garden with (we think) fruit trees
(hard to tell in Winter), huge kitchen, huge rooms, huge storage space...
and we think we are able to buy this ***IF*** we can get our house sold.
Naturally, we'd love to have your prayer support.  Not only for the
house, but for our health since this excitement (and fear of another
lost opportunity) wrecks havoc on the emotioanl state.  We've not
been so excited about a house as this one.
