Weekend Update: December 5-7

A lot happened but not much to report in the way of the weekend.
The teen Christmas party went without a hitch (and mistletoe). ;-)
Joy and I had two Christmas rehearsals (Childrens and Adults) on
Saturday; and another on Sunday.  We had Tom and Erin for a few hours
also on Sunday afternoon.

Our Canata will be presented this Friday and Sunday.  On Saturday, we'll
host an open-house Christmas party at the Manor beginning at 6:30 that
evening.  I've told Joy that I intend to get to bed by 10 PM every
day this week (except Saturday) so Dr. Mario will have to be played
before then.

On tap for this week is getting our year-end Christmas letter together
for those unfortunates still on snail mail.  All of you electronic
mavens know what's been going on in the lives of the Mark Metcalfe
family on a weekly basis.  However, anticipating some of the requests,
I'll send out the manuscript electronically, too.  I'll summarize the
year as best I can.  I always enjoy the letters I get from friends about
their lives and kids.  Already got some of them, too!  We also have a
lot of baking and preparing for our friends and loved-ones.  We'd love
to have you come!
