Van Wert, deceased, of the Town of Candor, grantor - Lloyd Pellam, grantee - Sum $1.00 - Property situated in the Town of Candor, the same premises conveyed by Warren Deputron & Carrie Deputron his wife to Jerome T. VanWert by deed dated November 20, 1909. (the name was signed Van Woert)
