Hancock County}
I, Benjamin Harper of the County of Hancock and State of Georgia being
of sound mind and memory and in my own hand writing do make this my
last will on this tenth day of January in the year of our Lord, one
thousand eight hundred and twenty nine in manner and form as follows,
that is to say-I leave my beloved wife, Martha Harper my executrix of
the estate that I may be possessed of at my death without giving any
security or making any return to the Court of Ordinary of the value of
my estate.
I also leave and it is my special desire that all my just debts shall
be paid out of any property that she may think proper to dispose of my
estate and the balance that may remain of my estate after my just debts
are paid, to be disposed of in the following manner.
I give to my beloved wife Martha Harper the one half of my estate both
real and personal and the other half I give to my only son, Benjamin I.
Harper-the said estate to be kept together until if my said wife Martha
shall think proper until she marries or my said son Benjamin marries or
becomes of age at which time an equal division must be made, revoking
all other wills by me made.

Benjamin I. Harper
