Georgia} In the Name of God, Amen. I, Miles Harper, of said county
Chattooga County} and state being now of sound & disposing mind and memory, but
in feble health deem it right and to ____ that I should make dispositionery the
property with which a ____ Providence has blessed me, do make declare and
publish the following as my last will and testament hereby revoking all others
heretofore made by me.
Item 1st I direct that my body be buried in a Christian like manner suitable to
my circumstance in life.
Item 2nd I desire all my just debts be paid by my executor herein after
mentioned appointed as soon after my death as the same can be conveniently done.
Item 3rd I will and bequeath to my brother William Harper all my estate both
real and personal of every kind or description ____ ____ ____ disposed of by him
in such manner as may seem right and proper to him. This I do in consideration
of the long time of unbroken friendship existing between us as brothers and of
his kindness, care and attention to me and my interest through life.
Item 4th I hereby appoint my brother, William Harper, executor of this my last
will and testament and only require him to have this my will established as the
law directs and their ___ and take full and complete possession of the interest
of which I may die possessed as his own.
