In the Name of God, Amen.
I Robert Harper of the County of Green & State of Georgia being in
perfect helth and of sound mind and memory for good cause to known do
make & ordain this my last will and testament.
First I give and bequith to my Dearly befieffed wife Anne the hole and
every part & parsel of my property both real & personly of aney kind
whatsoever that ma belong or apartain to my estate what so ever during
hur natural life and then to be at her disposel between hur children,
child or grown child or children in any way that she ma think fit.
Item I hear by nominate & appoint my dealey belove wife anne Harper and
Trustey Brother, Samuel Harper, my Executors, finally I have made this
my last will and Testament and have hear unto set my Hand and Effexed
my Seal this twinty Seventh day of May in the year of our Lord one
thousand Eight hundred Seven….
