Ordered 
 That letters of administration be granted to Benjamin I. Harper on the 
estate of William Harper on his giving bond and security in the sum of 
four thousand dollars, and that Tully Choice, Michael Graybill, Lewis 
Parker Junr., Bartholomew Ingram Sen. & Andrew Edwards or any three of 
them be and they are hereby appointed to appraise on oath personal 
estate of said dec'd.
